Charges are payable at the time of service. We accept checks, cash, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards.
Please bring complete insurance information to your child’s first appointment. If your insurance changes, please contact our office to update that information.
We are a preferred provider for Washington Dental Service, Delta Dental, United Concordia, Regence, Premera, Blue Cross-Blue Shield, and MetLife. We will do everything we can to help you maximize your insurance benefits. As a courtesy to our patients, our office will submit claims to your insurance company. You are responsible for your account and for any balance not covered by your insurance. Contact your insurance carrier for specific information about coverage.
